Nüfus ve coğrafi büyüklüğüyle Türkiye‟nin önemli illerinden biri olmasının yanı sıra aynı zamanda Türkiye‟nin lokomotif ekonomik tarım bölgelerinden biri olan Konya‟nın su yönetimiyle olan ilişkisi, şehrin bugününü ve yarını belirlediği kadar Türkiye‟nin de tarımsal ekonomisinin geleceğini de belirleyecek niteliktedir. Bu nedenle Konya havzasının su yönetiminin ele alınması ve bu doğrultuda doğru tespitler yapılarak gerekli önlemlerin alınması, hem bölge hem de Türkiye için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu doğrultuda bu çalışmada; Konya havzasının su ile olan ilişkisinin ve geleceğinin tespiti adına bölge genelinde çözüm getirici nitelikte olabilecek Konya Ovası Projesi (KOP), damla sulama sistemi kullanımı ve alternatif ürün dizaynı ele alınacaktır |

The relation of Konya, one of Turkey‟s important cities with its great population and geography and also one of Turkey‟s leading agricultural economic regions, with water administration is qualified that determines city‟s today and tomorrow also future of Turkey‟s agricultural economy. Therefore, it is important for both the region and Turkey to study water administration of Konya district and taking protections that are needed by stabilizing accurate doing right determinations. On this respect in this study, the project of Konya Plain (KOP) that can be qualified as getting solution to the general of district, use of drop irrigation and EU water policy perspective will be studied for determination of the relation and future of Konya district with water |
