İlk defa halka açılma, işletmeler için yeni bir fon kaynağıdır. Halka arzın başarılı olabilmesi için, halka arz sürecinin basarıyla gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Çalışmada; İMKB’ de 1990-2008 yılları arasında halka ilk defa arz edilen hisse senetlerinin ve özellikle de HALKBANK’ın fiyat performansları ve devam eden günlerdeki hareketleri incelenmektedir. Sonuç olarak, hisse senetlerinin performansında genel olarak pozitif yönlü başlangıç ve pozitif devamlılık olduğunu ortaya konmaktadır |
