Bu makale, “Zinaya yaklaşmayın Zira o yüz kızartıcı bir iştir, kötü bir yoldur.” (17. Isrâ, 32) şeklinde zinayı yasaklayan Kur’an ayetini, Kur’an üslûbu ve iletişim psikolojisinin verileri doğrultusunda ele alıp yorumlamaktadır. Çalışmanın üslûp açısından hareket noktası, zina yasağının doğrudan doğruya “zina yapmayın ” şeklinde ifade edilmek yerine, “zinaya yaklaşmayın ” şeklinde ifade edilmesidir. Buna göre ortada insanı zinaya götüren; sözsüz iletişim, sözlü iletişim, sınırlı bedensel iletişim ve sınırsız bedensel iletişim şeklinde bir takım aşamalar vardır. Kur’an bu aşamalara açık bir şekilde işaret etmektedir |

This essay aims to evaluate a Quran verse that prohibits adultery, i.e., (And come not near unto adultery. Lo it is an abomination and an evil way. - Al-Israa' 17:2 -), using the method and the form of the Holy Quran (Uslub al-Quran) and the data derived from the communication psychology. From the perspective of the Uslub this essay attempts to demonstrate the differentiation in the way that the verse was revealed. The stylistic difference in the form of the prohibition, “do not approach adultery” but not, for instance, “do not commit adultery”, is, indeed, a clear reference to the prohibition of various forms and phases of adultery such as verbal and non-verbal communications, and, limited and non-limited physical communications.
