Küresel rekabetin kıyasıya yaşandığı günümüz piyasalarında Ar-Geve inovasyona önem veren, üniversitelerle daha çok işbirliği yapan işletmelerrakiplerine karşı üstünlük sağlayacaklardır. Ülkemizde 2001 yılında çıkan“Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgeleri Kanunu” ile teknokentler fiili olarakfaaliyete başlamışlardır. Üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin gerçekleştirildiğimerkezler olan teknokentlerde inovatif işletmeler faaliyet göstermektedir. Buampirik çalışmada amaç; Türkiye’de gittikçe sayısı artan ve tanınmayabaşlanan teknokent kavramını açıklamak ve ülkemizde faaliyet gösterenteknokentleri inceleyip mevcut durumlarını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmadaönce teknokent kavramı tartışılmış ve teknokentlerin dünyadaki veTürkiye’deki tarihsel gelişimine değinilmiştir. Teknokentlerin özellikleri,amaçları ve yararları maddeler halinde sunulmuştur. Teknokentlerdekimevcut durumu ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla Türkiye’deki teknokentyöneticilerine bir anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Son bölümde,gerçekleştirilen analizlerden elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilerek, öneriler sunulmuştur |

Due to the global competition, nowadays only the companies payingattention to R&D and innovation, and making more cooperation with theuniversities will gain competitive advantage over the competitors.Technoparks have legally established in Turkey by the “TechnologyDevelopment Regions Law” in 2001. As a part of university-industrycollaboration, technoparks host innovative companies. In this empiricalstudy, it was aimed to investigate rapidly increasing number of Turkishtechnoparks. In the paper, firstly the concept of technopark has beendiscussed and its history in the world and in Turkey has been given. Then,attributes, goals, and advantages of technoparks have been listed. In the finalsection, a questionnaire has been conducted to understand the existingstructures of the technoparks and the findings of the analyses have beendiscussed along with the suggestions |
