Kırsal kesimin sosyal ve ekonomik amaçlarla örgütlenmesinde önemli rol oynayan kooperatiflerin faaliyetlerini etkili bir şekilde sürdürebilmeleri için kooperatif ortaklarının sadece bir takım yasal sorumluluklarını yerine getirmeleri yeterli değildir. Kooperatiflerin gerçek anlamda kooperatif olabilmeleri için kooperatif ilkelerinin kooperatiflerde uygulanmasına, başarılı olabilmeleri ve amaçlarına uygun faaliyet gösterebilmeleri ise kooperatif-ortak ilişkilerinin yüksek düzeyde olmasına bağlıdır. Kuruluş amaçları belirli bir bölgede tarımsal üretim yapan çiftçilerin tarımsal üretimleri gereği ihtiyaç duyduğu suyu yer altı ve yerüstü su kaynaklarından elde etmek ve çiftçilere dağıtımını sağlamak olan sulama kooperatiflerinin çalışma konuları çok geniştir. Sulama kooperatiflerinin çalışma konularının genişliği nedeniyle bu kooperatifler tarım hizmet kooperatifleri arasında yer alır. Bu çalışmada sulama faaliyetlerinin yanı sıra perakende satış, pazarlama ve tarımsal girdi temini gibi çeşitli faaliyetleri olan Isparta ili Çünür Mahallesi Sulama Kooperatifinde kooperatif-ortak ilişkileri incelenmiş; bu bağlamda ortakların kooperatife bakış açıları, yönetime katılma istekleri, kooperatif yönetimi hakkındaki düşünceleri, kooperatifçilik bilinçleri, kooperatifin mali durumuyla ilgilenme düzeyleri, kooperatif ortağı olmalarının gerektirdiği sorumlulukları yerine getirme durumları analiz edilmiş, ortakların eğitim durumları, kullandıkları arazi genişlikleri gibi değişkenlerle kooperatif-ortak ilişkileri arasındaki ilişkiler ortaya konmuştur |

Discharging of legal responsibilities by cooperative members is not enough for maintaining effectively activities of cooperatives that have an important role in the organization of countryside for economic and social purposes. Being of organizations genuinely cooperatives depends on implementation of cooperative principles and their effectiveness and being relevant in their activities depend on intensive cooperative-member relations. Field of activities of irrigation cooperatives of which main purpose of establishment is providing the water from underground and aboveground water resources and distributing the water for agricultural activities of cooperative members are considerably wide. Due to their wide field of activities, irrigation cooperatives are categorized among the service cooperatives. In this study cooperative-member relations in the Çünür District Irrigation Cooperative which has services as retail trade, marketing and delivery of agricultural inputs are researched; in this context connections among variables such as members’ outlook on their cooperative, members’ eagerness to codetermination, members’ opinion about the cooperative management, members’ consciousness of cooperation, level of members’ interest in cooperative’s financial structure, members’ fulfilment of their liabilities that they assume as cooperative members are analysed and connections between cooperative-member relations and the variables such as education levels of members, widths of members’ farms and levels of members’ adoption to their cooperatives are presented. |
