Dünyadaki her dilin kendine mahsus sesleri, ses yapısı, ses özellikleri mevcuttur. Mevcut 15 Türkçe lehçesi içinde Kazak Türkçesi ulusal dil olma düzeyine erişen 6 dilden birdir. Kazak Türkçesi sözlü ve yazılı sistemi birleştirir. Kazak Türkçesi Rus İmparatorluğu’nda ve Sovyetler Birliğinde konuşulan 130 farklı dilden dil özellikleriyle ayrışmış bir dildir. Ancak Kazak Türkçesi farklı dillerden de etkilenmiştir. Örneğin, doğu literatürünün, İslam kültürünün ve Arapçanın etkisi vardır. Makalede Kazak edebî dilinin söyleyiş sistemi, Kazak Türkçesi fonemlerinin tarihi, günümüzde genç neslin dilindeki telaffuz değişmeleri, dilin gelecekteki gelişme meseleleri ele alınmaktadır |

Every language in the world has its own unique sounds, sound structures and characteristics. Among currently existing 15 Turkic languages, Kazakh is one of the 6 languages that have received the status of a national language. Kazakh language combines spoken and written characteristic in its structure and has had unique linguistic characteristics among the 130 languages spoken in the Russian Empire and Soviet Union. Yet, Kazakh is a language that has been under the influence of other languages. For example, there has been the influence of Arabic, Islamic culture and eastern literature. This paper discusses the past image of the phonetic structure of Kazakh, the changes in the spoken and written forms and phonetics of Kazakh, and its future images |
