Bu çalışma sağlık ocaklarında uygulanmakta olan performansa dayalı döner sermaye prim sistemi uygulamasının hizmet sunumuna, sağlık çalışanlarına ve hasta memnuniyeti üzerine etkilerini irdelemeyi amaçlamıştır. İlk bölümde döner sermaye işletmeleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde performansa dayalı döner sermaye prim sistemi tanımlanmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde Isparta’daki sağlık ocağı çalışanları ve sağlık hizmeti alanları üzerinde döner sermaye uygulamasına yönelik anket çalışması ile ilgili bilgiler ele alınmıştır. Son bölümde ise, sağlık ocaklarında performansa dayalı döner sermaye prim sistemi uygulaması üzerine yapılan araştırma sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir |

This dissertation aims at finding the effects of current capital premium system at village clinics on health sector workers and patients. The first section goes through the application of current capital business. The second section is about Performance Based Premium System. The third section is related to a case study on workers and patients of a village clinic, which goes through the effects of the current capital premium service. The case study was realized in Isparta province of Turkey through survey forms. The final section of the dissertation evaluates pros and cons of the system in the light of these and some other points and potentials |
