Dünya çapında yaşanan yoğun rekabet ülkeleri ve toplumları yeni arayışlara itmiştir. Rekabette öne geçmek, siyasal, sosyal ve ekonomik açıdan sürdürülebilirliği sağlamak en önemli hedeflerden biri haline gelmiştir. Avrupa Birliği ve Türkiye bu doğrultuda yeni stratejiler geliştirmiştir. Avrupa Birliği’nin “AB 2020” ve Türkiye’nin “Vizyon ‘2023” stratejileri bu doğrultuda hazırlanan projelerdir. AB’nin ve Türkiye’nin stratejilerinde inovasyon kavramının önemli bir yer tuttuğu görülmektedir Her iki strateji de başarı koşulu olarak inovasyon alanındaki ilerlemeleri görmekte ve bu konuya büyük önem vermektedir. İnovasyon kavramının AB ve Türkiye boyutunda karşılaştırılması, özellikle Avrupa Birliğine katılım müzakerelerini yürüten Türkiye’nin hedefleriyle, birliğin hedeflerinin ne derece örtüştüğünü gösterecektir. Sonuçta inovasyon konusunda oluşturulan temel politikaların, planların ve kurumların karşılaştırılarak incelenmesi iki önemli partner açısından yol gösterici olabilecektir |

The strong rivalry has impelled the countries and societies to find new pursuits globally. To lead the rivalry and to provide the sustainability in terms of political, social and economic conditions have become one of the most important targets. Turkey and European Union have developed new strategies regarding this issue. The strategies of “EU 2020” by European Union and “Vision ‘2023” by Turkey are the projects prepared regarding this issue. The term ‘innovation’ has been regarded very important in terms of the strategies of EU and Turkey. These both strategies regard the progress in the issue of innovation as the success stipulation and give this issue a big importance. The comparison of ‘innovation’ term regarding EU and Turkey will show to what extent the targets of Turkey, which conducts the consultations of attending European Union, overlaps the targets of EU. Finally, the comparison and analysis of the developed basic politics, plans and foundations about ‘innovation’ may be a good guide for both important partners |
