In this article, the importance of in-service training that the religious officials should receive in order to offer an efficient religious service and the conditions under which this training should be given are studied. The nature of the courses which will last for five days twice a year, what is needed to do before the seminars and the points which require attention in using the time efficiently are thoroughly studied. Within the framework of this study, the importance, purpose, necessity as well as content of this issue are emphasized |
