In this study, which has an important place in the world and Turkey economically oil rose "Rosa damascena Miller" macro and micro-economic point of view the importance of farming in the Isparta region are discussed. Perfumery, essential oil of roses in the world oil industry is important to the size of the role. The production konkret and rose oil from oil rose as well as by products for the production of rose water required in this study emphasizes the importance of making a rose oil, rose oil are studies done on growing. Bu çalışmada, Dünya’da ve Türkiye’de ekonomik açıdan önemli bir yere sahip olan yağ gülü “Rosa damascena Miller” in Isparta yöresindeki yetiştiriciliğinin önemi makro ve mikro ekonomik açıdan ele alınmıştır. Yağ gülünün Dünya’da uçucu yağ açısından parfümeri sanayisinde aldığı rolün büyüklüğü önemlidir. Yağ gülünden gülyağı ve gül konkreti üretiminin yanında, yan ürün olarak gülsuyunun üretimi açısından yağ gülünün önemine bu çalışmada gerekli vurgular yapılarak, yağ gülü yetiştiriciliği üzerine yapılabilecek çalışmalar belirtilmiştir. Yağ gülü üretiminde verim ve kalite artışı, maliyet düşüşü, üretimde sürekliliğin sağlanması, pazarlama problemlerinin giderilmesi için çözümler getirilmeye, üreticilere yönelik tarımsal eğitim ile birlikte önemli adımların atılması önem arz etmektedir |
