Kelamı ortaya çıkaran dinî ve siyasi şartları değerlendirmeden kelamî hükümleri tam anlamıyla kavramak mümkün değildir. Kelamcılar, hidâyet ve dalâlet kavramları üzerinde yeterince tartışmışlar, kendi teolojik tercihlerine uygun olarak bir takım hükümlere ulaşmışlardır. Ancak bu hükümlerin naslarla hangi ölçüde ilişkili olduğu ayrıca tartışılabilecek niteliktedir. Kur’an’da hidâyet ve dalâlet kavramları ile birlikte zikredilen meşîet kavramı, yapılacak yeni değerlendirmelere özellikle dahil edilmelidir. Hidâyet ve dalâlet kavramlarının anlaşılmasında yaşanan zorluğun aşılmasına ilişkin bu tür bir yaklaşım, diğer kelamî hükümlerin inşa süreci ve geçerliliği konusunda da fikir verecektir |

It is not possible to comprehend the exact meaning of judgments of Kalam without evaluation of religious and political conditions which reveal Kalam. Mutakallimûn discussed sufficiently on the concepts of ‘right way’ and ‘heresy’ and then reached a number of judgments in accordance with their own theological preferences. However, to what extent these judgments to be associated with the Text (Qur’an and Hadith) are discussable. The term of ‘meshiah’ (will, wish) mentioned in the Quran along with the terms of “the right way” and the “heresy” should also be included in new assessments. Such an approach will not only help to solve the difficulty of understanding the terms of ‘heresy’ and ‘right way’, but also will give an idea about the building process and the validity of other judgments of Kalam. |
