Ulus devletlerin ekonomik, kültürel ve tarihsel geleneklerine göre farklı refah devleti yapılarının ortaya çıktığı ve refah devletlerinin uygulamada birbirinden farklı kriterlere dayalı olarak geliştiği görülmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, refah devleti konusundaki literatüre dayanılarak, gelişmiş ülkelerin sosyal refah hizmetleri açısından, belirli nitelik ve kriterlere göre sınıflandırılması ve farklı refah devleti kategorilerine ayrılmasıdır. Bu sınıflandırma yapılırken, kaç tür refah rejimi olduğu, hangi ülkelerin hangi refah rejimi altında yer aldığı belirlenmeye çalışılmış ve farklı ülkeler tarafından izlenen refah politikaları analiz edilerek, bu ülkeler rejim türlerine göre gruplandırılmıştır |

It is seen that distinct welfare state structures have emerged according to the economic, cultural and historical traditions of nation-states and also these welfare states have evolved based on different criterion in the practice phase. Based on the welfare state literature, the purpose of the study is to classify the social welfare services of developed countries according to certain qualifications and criterion and assign different welfare states to categories. During the classification, how many types of welfare regime there are is mentioned, the types of welfare regimes which countries apply are tried to be determined and by analysing the welfare policies followed by different countries these countries are grouped. |
