In this study, the aim and function of civil procedure law is inquired, in this context, the reflection of intention of parties to the legal proceedings is examined. One aspect of this study which deals with the intention of the parties is considered with access to justice and parties’s transactions on substantive law. The other aspect of this study considers the status of the judge in terms of the intention of the parties |
