Mütekabiliyet, milletlerarası hukukun temel prensiplerinden biridir. Bu ilkeye özellikle andlaşmalar hukukunda, diplomasi ve konsolosluk hukukunda, azınlık andlaşmalarında, insan hakları hukukunda, başvurulmaktadır. Hukukun ideali olan adalet ile mütekabiliyet arasında da sıkı bir ilişki mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada mütekabiliyet ilkesinin milletlerarası hukukun çeşitli alanlarındaki uygulanması ele alınmıştır. Son olarak mütekabiliyet ilkesi ile ilgili yeni gelişmelere yer verilmiştir. |

Reciprocity is one of the fundamental principles of international law. This principles is referenced in particularly, in the law of treaties, the diplomatic and consular law, the agreement of minority, the law of human rights, the humanitarian law and refugee law. There is a close relationship between the reciprocity and justice that the ideal of law. This study focused on the implementation of the principle of reciprocity in various areas of international law. At the last it is devoted to new developments related to the principle of reciprocity |
