This study aims to analyze the effects of organizational supervisor support and job satisfaction on the perceived performance of personnel working for Special Operations Unit of Diyarbakir Province. A 29-items questionnaire including demographic questions was used to test the model developed according to the theoretical construct and the findings of literature review. The survey was delivered to 300 employees of Special Operations Police Unit of Diyarbakir. After data handling, a total number of 170 completed questionnaires were used for analysis. It was found that supervisor support and job satisfaction had a significant effect on organizational performance of employees. Job satisfaction and supervisor support explained the 28% of variance in organizational performance |

Bu çalışmada, Diyarbakır Emniyet Müdürlüğü Özel Harekat Şube Müdürlüğü çalışanlarının örgütsel performanslarına beraber çalıştıklar yöneticilerin desteği ve iş memnuniyetlerinin etkilerinin ne olduğu üzerinde durulmuştur. Teorik çerçeve ve kaynak taraması sonucu geliştirilen modeli test etmek amacıyla demografik değişkenler ile birlikte 29 soruluk bir anket kullanılmıştır. Bu anketler Diyarbakır Emniyet Müdürlüğü Özel Harekat Şube Müdürlüğünde çalışan 300 personele dağıtılmış ve 170 anket analiz için kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, yönetici desteği ve iş tatmininin çalışanların performansı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İş memnuniyeti ve yönetici desteği değişkenleri beraber örgütsel performanstaki toplam varyansın % 28’ini açıklamaktadır |
