In this study, an application was done in production planning among several optimization opportunities at dairy industry. The fuzzy linear programming model was used in this problem because of the uncertain supply of milk and demand of dairy products. The results of the study showed that the fuzzy linear programming model is more realistic than linear programming model and more profitable in terms of the firm. When the profit gained from the fuzzy model is compared with the profit in 2011, it is revealed that the new profit is 36% much more than the previous year’ s profit |

Bu çalışmada, süt endüstrisindeki optimizasyon imkanları arasından üretim planlama alanında bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu problemde süt arzı ve süt ürünleri talepleri belirsiz olduğundan dolayı bulanık doğrusal programlama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları bulanık doğrusal programlama modelinin doğrusal programlama modeline göre daha gerçekçi olduğunu ve bulanık modelin işletme açısından daha karlı olacağını göstermektedir. Bulanık modelden elde edilen kar ile 2011 yılı üretim karı kıyaslandığında, yeni karın önceki yılın karına göre %36 daha fazla olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır |
