Necessity of the Economic Constitution has been discussed in the world after the 1960s. Nowadays, in some countries, after accepting that Economic Constitution is necessary, there has been regulation on economic issues in constitiution. Determination of the scope and content of the constitution will take place in the economic provisions of the serious discussions. There is no full consensus regarding the Constitutional Economics in Turkey. Preparation of a new civil and new Constitution is in Turkey's agenda for a long time and the workings of the new constitution to be prepared by the general regulation of the country's economy in a way that is simple and short of the frame for the future is a matter of importance. Therefore, the issue of the scope and limits of Economic Constitution and the opening of the debate must be encouraged to work. In this context, after assessments for the necessity of the Economic Constitution; preparing for the new constitution and recommendations concerning economic regulations in constitution are provided in Turkey |

Ekonomik Anayasanın gerekliliği 1960’lardan sonra dünyada tartışılmaya başlanmıştır. Günümüzde de bazı ülkelerde Ekonomik Anayasanın gerekli olduğu kabul edilerek anayasalarında ekonomik konuları içeren düzenlemeler yapılmıştır. Anayasalarda yer alacak ekonomik hükümlerin kapsam ve içeriğinin belirlenmesi ise ciddi tartışmaları beraberinde getirmektedir. Türkiye’de de Ekonomik Anayasa hususunda tam bir görüş birliği söz konusu değildir. Yeni ve sivil bir anayasa hazırlanması uzun süredir Türkiye gündeminde olup, hazırlanacak yeni anayasada ekonomik hayatın işleyişinin genel çerçevesinin basit ve kısa bir şekilde düzenlenmesi ülke ekonomisinin geleceği için önem arz eden bir konudur. Bu nedenle, Ekonomik Anayasanın kapsamı ve sınırları konusunun tartışmaya açılması ve bu konudaki çalışmaların teşvik edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada Ekonomik Anayasanın gerekliliğine ilişkin değerlendirmelerden sonra; Türkiye’de yeni anayasanın hazırlanma sürecine ve anayasada yer alması gereken ekonomik düzenlemelere ilişkin önerilere yer verilmiştir |
