Nowadays, more and more technoparks provide university-industry cooperation by renting offices to R&D companies and entrepreneurs for their projects, in our country. The utilities that a technopark offer, the university that it reside and its location are very important for a company due to intensive competition. The aim of this study is to help companies to select a technopark by using multi-criteria decision-making methods. In this study, after discussing the concept of technopark, the importance of the location for companies has been explained. In the following sections, after discussing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Electre III methods, the criteria that 254 participants of the study use for technopark selection have been determined. Then, as a part of hierarchical Electre method, weights of the criteria and the rankings of the Ankara region technoparks have been found by AHP and Electre III methods, respectively. Ar-Ge firmaları ve girişimcilerin projelerini yapmak üzere ofis kiralayıp faaliyette bulundukları, üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin yapıldığı teknokentlerin sayısı ülkemizde gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Teknokentin sunacağı imkânlar, ofis kira bedeli, altyapısı, bağlı olduğu üniversite ve konumu gibi unsurlar işletmenin teknokent seçiminde etkili olmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı; Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden yararlanarak “İşletmelerin kuruluş yeri için teknokent seçimi” konusuna destek sağlamaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle teknokent kavramı tartışıldıktan sonra işletmeler için kuruluş yeri seçiminin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Takip eden bölümlerde, çalışmada kullanılan Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) ve Electre III açıklandıktan sonra çalışmaya katılan 254 işletmenin teknokent seçiminde önem verdikleri kriterler tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra, “Hiyerarşik Electre Yöntemi” uygulaması dahilinde söz konusu kriterlerin AHP ile ağırlıkları belirlenerek, Electre III Yöntemi ile Ankara bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren teknokentler sıralanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda elde edilen bulgular tartışılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur |
