The activities of health institutions operate efficiently without disturbing is closely related to stockholding policy. Significant improvement in management of inventory and material was provided by health transformation program in our country.. Inventories effects the efficiency and competitiveness of health care organizations because inventories have a significant part in total assets in the hospital. In these stocks, medicine supplies and drugs are those stocks that are requirred to be adressed priority due to their effect on patient life and overall cost. In this study, medicine supplies and drugs stocks are evaluated with stock control techniques according to ABC and VED analyses in a hospital in Isparta. As a result of these analysis, stocks which have significant effect on cost and vital for patients and also required primarily monitorong can be determined in hospital |

Sağlık kurumlarının faaliyetlerini aksatmadan devam ettirmesi stok bulundurma politikası ile yakından ilgilidir. Ülkemizde sağlıkta dönüşüm programı ile stok ve malzeme yönetimi konusunda önemli gelişmeler sağlanmıştır. Hastanelerde stoklar, toplam aktifler içerisinde önemli bir paya sahip olduğundan verimlilik ve rekabet gücünü önemli düzeyde etkilemektedir. Bu stoklar içerisinde tıbbi malzeme ve ilaç stokları doğrudan hasta hayatını ve maliyetleri etkilediğinden öncelikli olarak ele alınması gerekli stok kalemleridir. Bu çalışmada, Isparta’da faaliyet gösteren bir hastanedeki tıbbi malzeme ve ilaç stokları, stok kontrol tekniklerinden ABC ve VED analizine göre değerlendirilmektir. Bu analizin sonucunda hastanelerde hem maliyet hem de hasta için hayati öneme sahip olması açısından öncelikli olarak yönetilmesi ve takip edilmesi gerekli stoklar belirlenebilmektedir |
