Although financial measurements called as classical measurements were used, but also using some methods that giving importance non-financial and more totalitarian data has become widespread in the measurement of firm's performance in recent years. However an inadequacy of usage of just financial measurement, and also the change of expectations from evaluation of performance has been effective in this widespreadness. İşletme performansının ölçülmesinde son yıllarda klasik ölçütler olarak isimlendirilen finansal ölçütlerin yanı sıra, daha bütüncül ve finansal olmayan verilere de ağırlık veren yöntemlerin kullanılması yaygınlaşmıştır. Bu yaygınlaşmada finansal ölçütlerin tek başına kullanımının yetersizliği yanında, performans değerlemeden beklentilerin değişmesi de etkili olmuştur. Bu çalışmada Balanced Scorecard Yöntemiyle Manisa Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde yer alan bir işletmenin kurumsal karnesi oluşturulmaya ve performansı değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır |
