Undoubtedly, one of the most well-known muhaddises that exert great effort to determine and transmit the narratives which emanate from Hz. Prophet (Sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) to the next generations is Imam Tirmizî. The Sünen takes part in the most authentic and renowned hadith collection "Kütüb-i Sitte". In the Sünen, the muhaddises implements a set of methods different from the compilers of other hadith books and following the hadiths he evaluates the authenticity of them. Also, the musannif states in some of hadiths that the ulema disagree with that hadiths. In this study, we tried to put forward the reasons of why the ulema disagree with some of the narratives in the Sünen. |

Hz. Peygamber‟den sadır olan rivayetleri tespit etmek ve kendinden sonraki nesillere ulaştırmak için büyük gayret sarf etmiş olan muhaddislerden biri de hiç kuşkusuz meşhur hadis âlimi İmam Tirmizî‟dir. Tirmizi‟nin Sünen adlı eseri, hadis kitapları içerisinde en sahih ve meşhur olarak bilinen “Kütüb-i Sitte” adlı kitaplar arasında yer almaktadır. Sünen adlı eserinde diğer hadis kitaplarını telif eden müelliflerden farklı bir takım metotlar uygulayan muhaddis, eserinde rivayet ettiği hadislerin ardından hadislerin sıhhatiyle ilgili kendi ölçütlerinde değerlendirmelerde bulunmuştur. Ayrıca musannif, eserinde ele aldığı hadislerden bazılarında ulemanın o rivayet hakkında ihtilaf ettiğini de açıklamaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda Tirmizî‟nin Sünen‟inde yer alan, ulemanın ihtilaf ettiğini belirttiği bu tür hadis rivayetlerinden (salat) bazılarını ele alarak ulemanın o hadisler hakkında ihtilaf etme gerekçelerini ortaya koymaya çalışacağız. |
