In this study, two coaxial Kane type semiconductor quantum rings have been taken into consideration. When inner quantum ring has penetrable delta potential barrier on the boundary, outer ring has infinite potential barrier on the boundary. Applied uniform magnetic field directed along the axis of rings. We have calculated g-factor as a function of potential strength of electron, where g-factor is spin splitting factor. It has been obtained that the effective g-value of the electrons increases with increasing of the positive value of Ω. We have seen the oscillations that the energy of electron according to varying of the magnetic quantum number m |

Bu çalışmada, iki eş eksenli Kane tipi yarıiletken kuantum halkası dikkate alındı. İç bölgedeki kuantum halkasının sınırında geçirgen delta potansiyeli varken, dış bölgedeki kuantum halkası sınırında sonsuz potansiyel engeli vardır. Dış sabit magnetik alan, halkanın ekseni yönünde seçilmiştir. Spin yarılma çarpanı olarak tanımlanan etkin g-çarpanı, elektronun potansiyel şiddetinin (Ω) fonksiyonu olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ω nın pozitif değerlerinde, etkin g-çarpanının arttığı bulunmuştur. Elektronun enerjinin, m magnetik kuantum sayısına göre değişiminde ise osilasyonlar gözlenmiştir. |
