Abstract: Purpose of this study was to determine the histochemical structure of zander (Stizostedion lucioperca) on stomach and intestines. Tissue samples were taken from stomach (cardiac, fundus, pylorus), anterior, middle and posterior intestine and performed histochemical staining methods for determination of gastrointestinal mucosubstance. The histochemical stain methods were found to react in all studied parts of zander. The acidic mucosubstance was too much in the stomach, while the neutral and sulphated mucosubstance were found to be too much in the intestine. AB pH 1.0, AB pH 0.5, AB 0.06 M and AB 0.3 practices were identified as relatively weak reaction. |

Özet: Bu çalışmada sudak (Stizostedion lucioperca) balığının mide ve bağırsak bölgelerinin histokimyasal yapısının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Sudakların mide (kardiya, fundus, pilorus) ile ilk, orta ve son bağırsaklarından doku örnekleri alınıp, gastrointestinal mukosubstans özelliklerinin belirlenmesi için histokimyasal boyama yöntemleri uygulandı. Uygulanan histokimyasal boyama yöntemlerinin, sudak balığının çalışılan tüm bölgelerinde reaksiyon verdiği saptandı. Asidik mukosubstansın mide bölgelerinde, nötr ve sülfatlı mukosubstansın ise bağırsaklarda fazla olduğu belirlendi. AB pH 1.0, AB pH 0.5, AB 0.06 M ve AB 0.3 M uygulamalarında reaksiyonun oldukça zayıf olduğu saptandı. |
