Özet: Kuluçkadan sonra 7 ve 60 günlük tavukların (Gallus gallus domestica) duodenumunda yer alan Goblet hücrelerindeki glikoprotein içeriği klasik histokimyasal yöntemlerle belirlendi. Her iki dönemde de villusun tamamındaki lamina epiteliyalis ve kriptlerde yerleşim gösteren Goblet hücrelerinin asidik, nötral, sülfatlı asidik mukosubstans ile O- sülfat esterli ve güçlü sülfatlı glikoproteinleri içerdiği belirlendi. Asidik ve sülfatlı asidik mukosubstansın baskın olduğu gözlendi. It was determined that mucous cells located in the villus lamina epithelialis and crypts and these cells contained acidic, neutral and sulphated asidic mucosubstance, glycoproteins with O- sulphate esters and very sulphated in both period.
