Abstract: In this study, the new calculations on the excitation functions of 18O(p,n)18F, 68Zn(p,n)68Ga, 68Zn(p,2n)67Ga, 112Cd(p,2n)111In, 209Bi(p,n)209Po and 232Th(p,n)232Pa reactions have been carried out in the 5- 50 MeV incident proton energy range. In these calculations, the pre-equilibrium and equilibrium effects have been investigated. The pre-equilibrium calculations involve hybrid model, geometry dependent hybrid model, the cascade exciton model and full exciton model. Equilibrium effects are calculated according to Weisskopf–Ewing model. Denge etkileri de Weisskopf–Ewing modeline göre hesaplanmıştır.
