In this study, it was investigated root and crown diseases on wheat in province of Isparta. A total of 83 wheat roots samples were collected and these samples were carried through isolation process by using PDA. Fungi species and genus that developed from th wheat roots were identified after incubation period. A total 80 isolates were collected from the samples, which were identified Rhizoctonia spp.,Fusariums pp., Sclerotium sclerotonia, F. culmorum, F. graminearum, F.crookwellense and F. poe. Pathogenicity of theFusarium isolates were determined by using soil inoculation method. As a result, F. culmorum-14 was found to most pathogenic on the pathogenity test |

Bu çalışmada, Isparta ve Burdur illerindeki buğday ekim alanlarında kök ve kök boğazı hastalıkları araştırılmıştır. Araştırma alanında toplam 83 buğday kök örneği toplanarak, bu örneklerden PDA (Patates Dekstroz Agar) kullanılarak izolasyonları yapılmıştır. İnkubasyon süresinin sonunda buğday köklerinden gelişen funguslar cins ve tür düzeyinde belirlenmiştir. Toplanan örneklerden Rhizoctoniaspp., Fusarium spp. Sclerotium sclerotonia, F. culmorum, F. graminearum, F. crookwellense ve F. poe izolatlarının da bulunduğu toplam 80 izolat elde edilmiştir. Fusarium izolatlarının patojenitelerinin belirlenmesinde toprak inokulasyonu yöntemi kullanılmış ve yapılan patojenite test değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre F. culmorum'un-14 numaralı izolatının patojenitesinin en fazla olduğu tespit edilmiştir. |
