Textile products in the production process are subjected to various finishing operations and moisture during this process that these organisms are removed by drying. Drying the textile product by the removal of moisture on the product shape; hygroscopic product made on the pre-drying and mechanical methods (natural) without loss of moisture, drying takes place mainly in the form of heat transfer is divided into two groups. However finished products to be dried with heat energy (substantially dry) as well as the product may damage the structure during drying can lead to reduced economic value. Tekstil ürünleri üretim sürecinde çeşitli terbiye işlemlerine tabi tutulmakta ve bu işlemler sırasında bünyelerine aldıkları nem, kurutma yoluyla uzaklaştırılmaktadır. Tekstil ürünlerinin kurutulması ürün üzerindeki nemin alınma şekline göre; mekanik yöntemlerle yapılan ön kurutma ve mamul üzerinde bulunan higroskopik (doğal) nem kaybedilmeden, ısı transferi ile gerçekleşen esas kurutma şeklinde iki gruba ayrılmaktadır. Ancak mamulün ısı enerjisi ile kurutulması (esas kurutma) hem ürünün kurutma işlemi sırasında yapısına zarar verebilmekte hem de ekonomik değerinin azalmasına neden olabilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, tekstil ürünlerinin kurutulmasında esas kurutma zorunlu olup, ürüne zarar vermeden kurutma aşamaları etkin bir şekilde uygulanmak durumundadır.Bu çalışmada, ülkemiz sanayisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan tekstil endüstrisinde kurutma işlemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Kurutma işlemi mamulün cinsi, özellikleri ve dokuma farklılıkları göz önünde bulundurularak belirli bir sıcaklıkta kuruma periyodları incelenmiş ve kuruma performansları hakkında yorumlar yapılmıştır. |
