SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 2008 Eylül; 15(3) Hemşirelik-ebelik eğitiminde Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesiörneği: Isparta Sağlık Yüksekokulu İntörn öğrencilerinin klinik sahada entegre uygulaması ile ilgili bilgi ve tutumlarıSıtkı Orak Hikmet Orhan Özlem Ağırman Burcu Özgüner ÖzetBu çalışma, SDÜ Isparta Sağlık Yüksekokulu 2005-2006 eğitim-öğretim yılı Hemşirelik ve Ebelik bölümü 4.sınıfında .Intörnlük. yapan öğrencilerin meslekleri ile ilgili bilgi ve tutumlarının araştırılması amacıyla yapıldı.Anket tekniği kullanılarak basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemiyle 95 intörn öğrenciden ulaşılabilen 74.ü (%77,9) kendi isteğiyle ve özgür iradesi ile soruları yanıtladı. Veriler SPSS 13.0 paket programda değerlendirildi. Ankete katılanların 32.si (%43,2) Hemşirelik, 42.si (%56,8) Ebelik bölümü öğrencisidir. Bunların genel olarak; %54,1.i düz lise, %8,1.i meslek lisesi, %10,8.i Anadolu lisesi ve %27,0.si diğer lise mezunudur. Bölümlerini tercihte; %52,70.i kendisinin, %43,24.nün aile/yakınlarının ve %4,05.inde öğretmenin etken olduğunu bildirirken, %6,75.i idealist olduğunu, %60,81.i kolay iş bulma fırsatı, %2,70.i üniforması ve %29,73.ü diğer nedenlerden dolayı tercih ettiğini bildirmiştir. Hemşirelik ve Ebelik öğrencilerinin mezuniyetten sonra çalışmak istedikleri kurumları sırasıyla; %43,75.i, %23,81.i üniversite hastanesi, %40,63.ü, %76,19.u devlet hastanesi ve %9,37.si, özel klinikleri belirtirken, Hemşirelikten %21,87.si ve Ebelikten %23,81.i kariyer yapmak istemektedir. .Intörn. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin %96,86.sı ile .intörn. Ebelik öğrencilerinin %97,62.si .Klinik Sahada Entegre Uygulamadan yeterli beceri kazandıklarını kabul ederken bunu, ortalama %78,38 oranında diğer öğrencilere önermeleriyadırganmıştır.Anahtar kelimeler: KSEU, intörn öğrenci, özeleştiri.AbstractSüleyman Demirel University Model In Nurse-Midwife Education: Isparta Health Collage Intern Students. Knowledge and Behavior about .In Integrated Application in Clinical Field.This study was conducted to investigate the knowledge and behavior, related to their occupation; of nurse and midwife intern students (4 th year) in Isparta health college of the Süleyman Demirel University in 2005-2006 this is an integrated application in clinical field; which cotinued one year. Simple randomized sampling method was used for sampling in the study. Study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students. 74(77.9%) of the 95(100%) students were participated in the questionnaire voluntarily. Statistical analyses were performed with SPSS 13.0 statistical package. 32 (43.1 %) of the students filling out the questionnaire were nurses and 42(56.2%) of them were midwifes. Students came to the college from different high schools. 54.1% of the students were from public high schools, 10.8% of then from Anatolian high schools, 8.1% of then from vocational highschools, and 27% were fromother high schools. Students reported the factors on their career choices as follows:52.70% personel choices 43.24% family/relatives influence, 4.05% effect of teachers, 6.75% idealistic reasons,60.81% employment opportunity, 2.70% official dress, and 29.73% for other reasons. after graduation as a working environment; nurse (43.75%) and midwife students (23.81%) reported to study in university hospitals, and government health units, 40.63% and 76.19%; and in private clinics, 9.37% and 4.05% respectively. 21.87% of nurses and 23.81% of midwives reported their desire to build a career. 96.86% of nurse and 97.62% of midwife intern students agreed that they have gained adequate shills from the .Integrated applications in clinical field, and only 78.38% of them suggested this application to other students.Key words: KSEU., intern student, own criticism. |
