SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1995 Eylül; 2(3) İsparta Bölgesindeki İlkokul Öğrencileri Arasında Barsak ParazitleriAraştırması Bahattin Tunç Muzaffer Aydemir Birdal Yorgancıgil Mustafa Demirci Özetİsparta il merkezinde sosyo-ekonomik ve çevre sağlığı koşullarının farklı olduğu 3 ayrı semtin ilkokul öğrencilerinde bağırsak parazitleri yönünden dışkı ve selofan bana örneklen incelendi. Barsak parazitleri sıklığı Atatürk İlkokulu 'nda % 48, Nazım Toker İlkokulu 'nda % 34, Albayrak İlkokulu 'nda % 68, tüm çocuklarda da ise % 50 olarak bulundu. Çocuklarda en sık Enterobius vermicularis ve Giardia intestinalise rastlandı. Tüm çocukların % 22 'sinde sadece tek tip, % 28 'inde de birden çok parazit bulunmuştur. Parazitli çocuklarda en sık karın ağrısı, halsizlik-iştahsızlık ve makatta kaşıntı semptomları tesbit edildi. Anahtar Kelimeler: İlkokul, barsak paraziti. Abstract A Study of Intestinal Parasites in Primary School Pupils in İspartain this study, sellophan tape and feces materials obtained from students of three primary schools which vere located in dijferent areas with different social and economical levels of İsparta, \vere chosen. Thefreguency ofintestinal parasites ~werefound to be 48 % in Atatürk Primary School, 34 % in Nazım Toker Primary School, 68 % in Albayrak Primary School and 50 % in ali ofthe children. There were mostly Enterobius vermicularis and Giardia intestinalis in the children. in 22 % of ali children there was öne species of parasite and in 28 % there were two different species of parasites. The most freguently seen symptoms in children vith parasites \vere abdominal pain, fatigue, loss ofapetite and anal itching. Key Words: Primary school, intestinal parasites. |
