SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1998 Eylül; 5(3) Kılıç Köyü 0-14 Yaş Grubu Erkek Çocuklarda İnmemiş Testis ve Retraktif Testis Araştırması Aytül Çakmak, Mustafa Öztürk, Çağrı Savaş, Çağatay ErenÖZETinmemiş testis erken tam ve tedavi edilmediğinde infertilite, travmaya maruziyet, torsiyon, psikolojik stres, malig-nite gibi birtakım problemlere yol açabilen bir patolojidir. Bu araştırmada Kılıç köyünde 0-14 yaş grubu erkek çocuklarda inmemiş testis ve retraktil testis varlığı ve sıklığının tespiti amaçlanmıştır. 177 çocuğun %6.2'sinde inmemiş testis, %10.7'sinde retraktil testis saptanmıştır. Patolojinin önemi ve tedavisi konularında ailelere gerekli bilgi verilip yönlendirilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: İnmemiş testis, retraktil testis. The aim ofthe study was to investigate the undescended and retractile testis in 0-14 age group boy s in Kılıç village. Among 177 boys undescended testis wasfound in 62% and retractile testis in 10.7%.
