Amaç: Çalışmamızda Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi TıpFakültesi Öğretim Üyelerinin probleme dayalı öğrenme yaklaşımı ile ilgili görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesiamaçlanmıştır.Yöntem: Araştırmanın Evreni olarak Süleyman DemirelÜniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında aktif görevliolan 93 (%74,4) öğretim üyesineulaşılabilmiştir (n:93). Anket dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bunlar; birincibölümde öğretim üyelerinin sosyodemografik özelliklerini sorgulayan 4 soru,ikinci bölümde öğretim üyelerinin PDÖ konusundaki görüşlerini etkileyebilecekfaktörleri sorgulayan 8 soru, üçüncü bölümde öğretim üyelerinin SDÜTF eğitimprogramının mevcut hali ile ilgili görüşlerini sorgulayan 12 soru, dördüncü bölümde öğretim üyelerinin PDÖ ileilgili görüşlerini sorgulayan 12 sorudan oluşmaktadır.Bulgular: Çalışmamızda SDÜTF eğitim programının mevcut hali “orta” PDÖ ile ilgili görüşleri “iyi” olarakdeğerlendirilmiştir. Cevaplara beşli ölçekle değerlendirildiğinde katılımcılarınSDÜTF eğitim programı ile ilgili puanların ortalaması 33,34±19,63 (Min: 0,00,maks: 60,00) , Bununla birlikte PDÖ ile ilgili puanların ortalaması 40,54±11,43(Min:12,00, Max:60,00) olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışmanınanalizlerinde öğretim üyelerinin PDÖ konusundaki görüşleri ile eğitimprogramını geliştirme süreci ile ilgili bir komisyonda görev almayı isteme,eğitim programını değerlendirme süreci ile ilgili bir komisyonda görev almayıisteme, eğitim yönlendiriciliğinin hizmet ve araştırma etkinlikleriniaksatacağını düşünme, SDÜ mevcut eğitim programının öğrencilerin kazanımlarınave ilgi/motivasyon üzerine etkisi arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur.Tartışma: Fakültemiz öğretim üyeleri için PDÖ yaklaşımını bir gelişim alanı olarakdeğerlendirebiliriz. PDÖetkinliklerinin öğretim üyelerinin rutin çalışma düzenini etkilemeyecekdüzenlenmelerle planlanması bu yaklaşımın kabullenilmesi ve uygulanmasınıolumlu etkileyebilir. Çalışmamızda öğretimüyelerinin fakültenin mevcut eğitim programının ilgi vemotivasyon üzerine olumlu görüşlerinin aynışekilde PDÖ ile ilgili görüşlerini de etkileyeceğibulunmuştur. Bubağlamda öğretim üyesi sayısı ve öğrenme ortamlarının planlanması, eğitimprogramı geliştirme konusunda eğitici eğitimlerinin tasarlanması ve mevcuteğitim programının öğrenmeye yönelik ilgi ve motivasyon arttırıcı etkisi ileöğretim üyelerinin PDÖ konusundaki görüşlerini olumlu etkilediği kanaatindeyiz. |

Aim:The aim of this study was to evaluate the views of the faculty members ofSüleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine on problem based learningapproach.Method:As the universe of the study, 93 (74.4%) faculty members who were active in the2017-2018 academic year in the Faculty of Medicine of Süleyman DemirelUniversity were reached (n: 93). The questionnaire consists of four mainsections. These; In the first part, 4 questions about the sociodemographiccharacteristics of the faculty members, 8 questions about the factors that mayaffect the opinions and experiences of the faculty members about PBL in thesecond part, in the third section, 12 questions about the thoughts andexperiences of the lecturers about the current state of the SDUTF trainingprogram, It consists of 12 questions that question their thoughts andexperiences.Results: Inour study, the current state of the SDUTF training program was evaluated aseğitim good hali in terms of Ö middle ”PBL. In the analysis of thestudy, the opinions and experiences of the lecturers on the PBL and the requestto take part in a commission related to the development process of theeducation program, request to take part in a commission related to theevaluation process of the education program, and to disrupt the service andresearch activities of the educational guidance, There was a significantrelationship between interest and motivation.Discussion: Wecan evaluate PBL approach as a development area for faculty members. Planning of PBL activities witharrangements that will not affect the routine working order of faculty memberscan positively affect the acceptance and implementation of this approach. In our study, it was found that thepositive views of faculty members on the interest and motivation of the currenteducation program will also affect their opinions about PBL. In this context, we believe that thenumber of faculty members and the planning of the learning environments, thedesign of the training of trainers in the development of the training program,and the interest and motivation effect of the current training program onlearning positively influenced the opinions and experiences of the facultymembers about PBL. |
