üleymanDemirel ÜniversitesiTIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1996 Aralık; 3(4) Gebelikte ve Postpartum Erken Dönemde Serbest Radikal Oluşumu ve Antioksidan Enzim Düzeyleri Hakan Kaya Namık Delibaş Metin Çapar Veysel Tahan Mustafa Serteser M.Okan ÖzkayaÖzetGebelikte serbest radikal oluşumunu ve bunun antioksidan enzimlerle dengelenip dengelenmediğini araştırmak için İsparta Doğumevine başvuran birinci trimestirde 17, ikinci trimestirde J4, üçüncü trimestirde 23 ve postpartum (PP) ikinci saatte 18 hastada ve sigara içmeyen, sağlıklı ve gebe olmayan 20 kadında kontrol grubu olarak malondialdehid (MDA), eritrosit superoksid dismutaz (SOD) ve glutatyon peroksidaz (Gpx) çalışıldı.Gebelikte ve PP ikinci saatteki MDA düzeylerinin gebe olmayan kadınlara göre anlamlı ölçüde arttığı ve bunun yanında antioksidan defans sistemi içinde yer alan SOD ve GPx düzeylerinin de arttığı tespit edildi. Ayrıca PP ikinci saatteki MDA düzeyleri anlamlı ölçüde gebelikteki düzeyinden yüksek bulundu. Birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü trimestir düzeylerinde kendi aralarında fark bulunmadı.Sonuçta; normal gebelikte serbest radikal oluşumunun artışına karşılık defans mekanizmalarıntnda arttığı görüldü. Doğumun da maternal serbest radikal oluşumunu artırdığı gözlendi.Anahtar Kelimeler:Serbest radikaller, Gpx, SOD, MDA, gebelik. Absract: Free Radical Generation and Antioxidant Nevels in Pregnancy andPostpartum Early Periodin ör der to evaluate the generation of the free radicals and tofind out whether this is balanced with the antioxidant enzymes ör not, we measured concentration of MDA, the activity of the SOD and Gpx on 17 patients in thefirst trimestr, on 14 patients in the second trimestr, on 23 patients in the third trimestr and on 18 patients who vere after two hours of postpartum period and 20 patients as the control group who doesn't smoke was healthy and notpregnant.We established that the level of MDA was increased meaningfully according to non-pregnant women and beside of this also the levels of SOD and Gpx which takes part in antioxidant defence system was increased. Moreover in the two hours of postpartum period MDA levels was found high according to pregnancy levels. There was no difference between first, second and third trimestr MDA, GPx and SOD levels.As a result; it wa$ seen that the genereation ofthefree radicals and also antioxidant defence system increased in normal pregnant \vomen. it was observed that the delivery increases the generation of maternalfree radicals.
