A protective ventilationstrategy refers to the use of low VT (in the range of 4–8 mL/kg of thepredicted body weight) with positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP), with orwithout recruitment manoeuvres. Protective ventilation has been considered theoptimal practice in patients suffering from the acute respiratory distresssyndrome (ARDS).However, few human studies have assessed how to ventilatehealthy lungs in patients undergoing general anaesthesia. |

Koruyucu ventilasyon stratejisi, rekruitmentmanevraları olsun veya olmasın, pozitif ekspirasyon sonu basınç (PEEP) ile düşük Vt'nin (tahmin edilen vücutağırlığının 4-8 mL / kg aralığında) kullanımını ifade eder. Akut solunumsıkıntısı sendromu (ARDS) olan hastalarda koruyucu ventilasyon en uygun uygulamaolarak düşünülmüştür. Ancak genel anestezi uygulanan hastalarda sağlıklıakciğerlerin nasıl havalandırılacağına ilişkin az sayıda insan çalışmasıyapılmıştır. |
