Isparta ve Civarındaki Aktif Tüberkülozla Olgular ve Tüberküloz İlaçlarına Direnç Durumu Ahmet Akkaya Abdullah Benli Mehmet Ünlü ÖzetÇalışma Isparta ve civarındaki 1982 ile 1994 yıllan arasında tedavi gören aktif akciğer tüberkülozdu hastalar üzerinde yapıldı. Olgular tedavi alan hasta sayısı, ölüm sayısı, kültür ve rezistans sonuçlan yönünden retrospektif olarak incelendiAntibiyogram sonuçlarına bakıldığında toplam duyarlılık oranı % 51.5 olarak bulundu, izoniazide % 21, ethambutole % 9, streptomycine % 25, rifampicine % 22.6, tiasetazona % 3 oranında rezistans saptandı. Çalışmamızda en yüksek rezistans oranı streptomycinde, en düşük rezistans oranı ise tiasetazonda görüldü. Anahtar Kelimeler: Rezistans, tüberküloz tedavisi. Abstract The Cases of Active Tuberculosis in İsparta District and the Condition of Resistance to the Antituberculotic DrugsThe study was employed on patients who were treated because of active pulmonary tüberculosis, in İsparta district between the years 1982-1994. The cases were investigated respectively according to the results ofculture and resistance, the number ofpatient having treatmentandnumberofdeaths. In evaluation of the results of resistance, the rate oftotal sensitivity has beenfound as % 51.5. The resistance has beenfound at the rate of 21% far isoniazid, 9 % for ethambutol, 25 % for streptomycin, 22.6 %for rifampicin, 3 %for thiacetazone.in our study, the highest and the lowest resistance rates were observedfor streptomycin and thiacetazone, respectively.
