Yıldırım Özet,Bu çalışmada klinikte ve sahada çalışan ebe ve hemşirelerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve bunlara getirdikleri çözüm önerileri ile anksiyete durumları incelendi. Tıp fakültesi (n=95) ve İsparta Doğumevi (n=60) hastaneleri ile rasgele seçilen il merkezin¬deki beş sağlık ocağındaki f» =55J personelin tümü araştırma kapsamına alındı. Araştırma grubunun 175'ine (%83.3) ulaşıldı Veri toplamada kullanılan anket formu sosyo-demoğrafik özellikleri, mesleki sorunları ve çözüm önerilerini içerdi. Ayrıca ankette STAI-H süreklilik kaygı ölçeğine yer verildi. İstatistiksel analizde ki-kare ve t testleri kullanıldı. Araştırma grubundakilerin %69.1'i evli, %30.3'ü bekar, %38.1'i Sağlık Meslek Lisesi mezunu, %4.6'sı Hemşirelik Yüksek okulu mezunu olduğu tespit edildi. Tıp Fakültesinde çalışanlar daha genç (24.5 ± 3.9) olmak üzere tüm grubun yaş ortalaması (28.5 ± 5.4) bulundu. Ankette yer alan diğer sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerinin yüzdeleri ile kurumlara göre dağılımları tespit edildi. Araştırma grubunda sürekli anksiyete puanı ortalaması (47.8 + 6.4) bulundu. Bu puanın çalıştığı kuruma, mesleğine, yaşa ve çalışma süresine göre anlamlı olarak değişmediği görüldü. Sonuçta en önemli sorun okullarda alınan eğitimin yetersizliği ve hasta merkezli değil iş merkezli çalışma olduğu ve çözüm önerisi olarak da eğitimde standartların belirlenmesi ve okullardaki eğitimin çalışma ortamına aktarılması gerekliliği tespit edildi. Abstract Occupational Problems Of Midwife And Nurses And Relation With Anksiyete in this study, problems of midwifes and nur ses, who work at a clinic ör a field, and their solution affers about these problems and their anxiety conditions have been researched. Ali personels of medical faculty (n:95), İsparta Maternity Hospital (n:60), and five village clinics which are in dowtoon and chosen randomly,(n:55) have been included in this research. 175 people out of research group have been arrived. Intjuiry form, \vhich used to get data included socio-demographic peculiarities, their occupa-tional problems and their solution offers about these problems. in addition, in the inquiry STAI-H included continuous anxiety scale. Ki-square and t tests have been used in sta- tistical analysis. it is esteblished that, 69.1% members of research group are maried, 30.3% members of research group are single, 38.1% members of research group are graduatefrom a health high school, 4.6% members ofresearch group are graduatefrom nursing Institution ofhigher education. The age avarege of ali group members has been discovered as (28.5±5.4) and age avarage ofMedical Faculty personnels was younger (24.5±3.9) than other hospitals personnels. The other problems and solution offers, which are located in the inquiry have been determined with their percentage. Continuous anxiety point avarage ofresearch group has been discovered as (47.8±6.4). it was seen that, this mark didn't change meaningfully as tofoundationjob, age and working time of a personnel. As a result, the most important problem had been discovered as lacking of education and working as uninterested in patients. it is discovered as a solution offer that defıniting standarts in education and transferring education from schools to work-ing areas.
