Özet Sol yan ağrısı, bulantı ve dizüri şikayetleri olan 55 yaşında kadın hastada USG incelemede grade III hidronefroz ve retrograd piyelografide sol üreterde obstrüksiyon saptanmıştır. Bu bölgeye ait rezeksiyon materyalinin histolojik incelemesinde lamina propriada küçük tubuler yapılar oluşturan kübik hücre proliferasyonu ile karakterize nefrojenik adenom izlenmiştir. Rastlantısal olarak saptadığımız bu nadir lezyonun histopatolojik özellikleri ve ayırıcı tanısı literatür bilgileri doğrultusunda tartışılmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler Nefrojenik adenom, üreter Abstract: Nephrogenic adenoma of the ureter; a case report USG examination of a 55-year old female patient presented with left flank pain, nausea, and disuria revealed grade III hydronephrosis. Left ureteral obstruction was detected in retrograde pyelogram. Histological examination of the resection specimen obtained from the obstructed area showed a nephrogenic adenoma, characterized by proliferation of cuboidal cells forming small tubular structures limited to the lamina propria. The histopathological features and differential diagnosis of this rare lesion that was incidentally diagnosed was discussed in view of the literature. Key words: Nephrogenic adenoma, ureter |
