Skolyozun konservatif tedavisinde çok çeşitli yöntemler kullanılmış olmakla beraber korseleme altın standarttır ve korseleme dışındaki konservatif yöntemlerden hiçbirinin skolyotik eğri üzerine etkili olduğuna dair kesin bilimsel veriler yoktur. Bu derlemede skolyoz tedavisinde kullanılan kon- servatif yöntemler gözden geçirilmiştir. Anahtar kelimeler: Skolyoz, tedavi, korseler, egzersiz, elektrik stimülasyon Abstract Conservative therapy and the rehabilitation of scoliosis The aim of all therapies used in scoliosis is to achieve a cosmetically acceptable, balanced, painless and a sta- bil spine. Bracing is the gold standard in the conservative treatment of scoliosis although many different ther- apies have been used. There is no definitive scientific data that conservative therapies except bracing are effec- tive in the treatment of scoliosis. In this review, conservative therapies used in scoliosis are reviewed.
