The assessment of the levels of being informed and consent obtaining of patients admitted to SuleymanDemirel University Research and Training HospitalObjective: Informed consent is a process of communication between a patient and physician that results inthe patient's authorization or agreement to undergo a specific medical intervention. In this study, what isaimed is evaluation of patient-doctor relationship and having their informed consents and levels of informingabout their treatment or operations. Material and Methods: 59 patients intended to patients' sex, age,educational status, internal medicine polyclinic patient, surgical inpatient parameters line have filled a surveyform included 12 questions. Results of the survey is evaluated with SPSS stastical program and chi-squaredtest. Results: 59 patients who has participated in our survey includes 45,8% male and 54,2% female. It isfound stastically significant that the patients who graduated primary school think that they have informedenough. In our study, it is found stastically significant that the general opinions of internal medicine inpatientsare in the line of understanding what they read on the informed consent form however, the general opinionsof the surgical polyclinic patients and surgical inpatients are not. Conclusion: For being concerned and politeto the patient solve so many problems before appearing, doctors should not forget this important subjectabout their attitude to the patient. For the informed consent forms are the most important evidence fordoctors when a problem appears, the doctors should be more sensetive than usual in this subject |

Aydınlatılmış onam süreci; hastanın kendisine uygulanacak herhangi bir tıbbi işleme onay verebilmesi ya da reddedebilmesi için yeterince bilgilendirilmesi, aldığı bilgi üzerine düşünmesi, özgür seçimine dayalı karar verme sürecidir.Bu çalışmada hastanemize başvuran hastaların cinsiyet, yaş, öğrenim durumu, dahiliye poliklinik hastası, dahiliye yatan hasta, cerrahi poliklinik hastası ve cerrahi yatan hasta parametreleri doğrultusunda kendilerine uygulanacak tedavi ya da operasyonlar hakkında aydınlatılma düzeyleri ve onamlarının alınmasının ve hasta-hekim iletişiminin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Anketimize katılan 59 hastanın %45,8'i erkek, %54,2'si kadındı.İlköğretim mezunlarının yeterli bilgilendirildiğini düşünmesi istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur.Yatan dahiliye hastalarımızın görüşlerinin, aldıkları formu okuyup anladıkları yönünde olması ancak cerrahinin poliklinik ve yatan hastalarının genel görüşünün formu okuyup anlamadıkları yönünde olması istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur.Sonuç olarak; Hastayla iletişimde ilgili ve nazik olmanın birçok sorunu daha çıkmadan çözdüğünden doktorlar hastaya yaklaşımlarında bu en önemli konuyu hiç unutmamalıdırlar.Bir sorun çıktığında aydınlatılmış onam belgelerinin doktorları kurtaracak en önemli kanıt olduğu görüldüğünden doktorların bu konudaki duyarlılıklarının artırılması gerekmektedir. |
