dc.description The relation of vitamin D with immune system, skin and cancer. In humans, approximately 95% of the total requirement for vitamin D is synthesized in the skin by the effectsof sunlight. The active vitamin D synthesis from 25 (OH) D takes place via the 1-alpha hydroxylase enzymeboth in renal and non-renal tissues. The effect of vitamin D on the receptor level is through active vitaminD. Vitamin D receptors are shown in more than 30 tissues. Non-classical effects of vitamin D are groupedunder three main headings: Regulation of hormone secretion, regulation of immune function, regulation ofcell proliferation and differentiation. The relationship immune system, skin diseases cancer and vitamin Dis the most widely researched topics
dc.description İnsanlarda D vitamini ihtiyacının yaklaşık % 95'i güneş ışınlarının etkisiyle deride sentezlenmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: D vitamini; kemik dışı etkiler; immün sistem; deri; kanserSUMMARYIn humans, approximately 95% of the total requirement for vitamin D is synthesized in the skin by the effects of sunlight.
