Anahtar Kelimeler: Trakeotomi, teknik.Abstract TracheotomyTracheotomy, which is a local operation of the upper respiratory tract, is an ancient surgical procedure which has been known for över 2000years. Ifthe tracheotomy is carried out with adequate preparation, meticulous surgical technique and excellent postoperative çare, it is safe and reliable. Despite every precaution, emergency tracheotomy is a difficult operation, particularly in the infant.in this paper, we reviewed the tracheotomy, its indications, instrumentation, technigues and complications.Key Words: Tracheotomy, technique. |
