SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1997 Aralık; 4(2) Sigara İçen ve İçmeyen Sağlıklı Kişilerde AKS, Üre, Kreatinin, Ürik Asid, SGOT ve SGPT Düzeylerinin AraştırılmasıSüleyman Kaleli Mahmut Ay Ahmet Akkaya Mahmut AlanÖzetAraştırma sigara içen ve içmeyen 30 kişi ile l O yıl ve üzerinde 20 tane/gün ve daha fazla sigara içen 30 kişiden oluşan toplam 60 yetişkin erkek üzerinde yapıldı. Olguların serumlarında AKS, üre, kreatinin, ürik asid, SGOT ve SGPT düzeyleri ölçüldü. Sonuçlar sırasıyla, AKS 83.5 7±6.71 - 80.30*9. l mg/dl, üre 28.47±6.66 - 28.75*9.52 mg/dl, kreatinin 0.86*0.12 - 0.89*0.10 mg/dl, ürik asid4.30*0.98 - 4.66*0.87 mg/dl, SGOT 27.00±10.93 - 25.20*6.98 U/L, SGPT 22.72*8.13 - 29.50*14.07 U/L olarak saptandı.İstatistiksel olarak sigara içenler ile içmeyenler arasında önemli bir fark bulunmamıştır. Bununla birlikte ortalama değerlere bakıldığında; sigara içenlerde AKS ve SGOT' de düşme ve diğer parametre¬lerde yükselme olduğu gözlendi. Fasting bloodglucose (FBG), ürea, creatinin, ûric acide, SGOT and SGPT levels in those persons \vereanafysed. The results were 83.57*6.71 - 80.30*9.10mg/dl, 28.47*6.66- 28.75*9.52 mg/dl, 0.86*0.12 - 0.89*0.10 mg/dl, 4.30*0.98 - 4.66*0.87 mg/dl, 27.00*10.93 - 25.20*6.98 U/L, 22.72*8.13 - 29.50*14.07 U/LforFBG, ürea, creatinin, üric acide, SGOT and SGPT, respectively.The results shovedthat there were non statistically significant in the level there parameters betvveen smokers and non-smokers. However, in regarding to mean values ofeach result, FBG and SGOT levels in smokers were decreased but other parameters were noted to be increasing.
