Ahmet Serel ÖzetBu çalışmada, ürogenital sistem şikayetleri ile acil servise başvuran çocukluk çağındaki hastaların geriye dönük olarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmaya 75 vaka alındı. Bu olgulardan; 31'i idrar yolu enfeksiy- onu, 5'i akut piyelonefrit, 3'ü akut glomerulonfrit, 5'i ürolitiyazis, 3'ü enürezis nokturna, 4'ü hidrosel, 3'ü testis torsiyonu, 3'ü akut epididimoorşit, 4'ü akut böbrek yetmezliği, 4'ü kronik börek yetmezliği, 6'sı ürogenital sis- tem anomalisi, 4'ü travmatik ürogenital sistem yaralanmasıydı. Hastaların büyük bir çoğunluğu yatırıldı (%57.3). Sonuç olarak bu çalışma genitoüriner semptomlarla acil servislere başvuran çocuk hastaların büyük çoğunluğunun yatış ihtiyacı olduğunu gösterdi. Bundan dolayı, genitoüriner sistem şikayetleriyle başvuran hastaların yakın takip ve tedavisinin gerektiğini düşünmekteyiz. Anahtar Kelimeler: Çocuk, Genitoüriner sistem, Acil Servis. Abstract Retrospective evaluation of children patients with genitourinary symptoms in emergency departmentThe aim of our study was to detect the retrospective evaluation of childhood patients who were admitted to emergency department with genitourinary symptoms. 75 cases were undertaken the study. The cases were diagnosed as: 31 urınary tract infections, 5 acut pyelonephritis, 3 acut glomerulonephritis, 5 urinary stone, 3 enuresis, 4 hydrocele, 3 torsion of testes, 3 acut epididymo-orchitis, 4 acut renal failure, 4 chronic renal failure, 6 genitourinary system anomalies and 4 genitourinary system trauma. The majority of the patients ( 57.3%) were hospitalized. In conclusion our study showed that the children patients with genitourinary symptoms who were admitted to emergency department were needed to be hospitalized. Thus, we believe that these patients should be closely monitorized in the management of genitourinary symptoms. Keyword: Children, Genitourınary System, Emergency Department. |
