Porokeratozisin patogenezisi tam olarak açyk olmamakla birlikte anormal epidermal hücre klonlaryndan gelipttai bilinmektedir. Knuckle pad ise parmak eklemlerinin dorsal yüzlerine yerlepen fibromatöz kalynlabmadyr. Burada knuckle padleri olan porokeratozis Mibellüi bir hasta sunulmuptur. Knuckle pads are well-defined thickening ofthe skin över the articular areas ofthe dorsal surface ofthefingers ör toes. We describe here porokeratosis of Mibelli in apatient with knuckle pads..
