Nasogastric tubes are commonly used a practice and a plastic catheter insertion with nazal tract, from pharynx and oesophagus in to stomach. Nasogastric tube insertion responsibility of healthcare proffesionals. Many nazogastric tubes are inserted without incident; however there complication nazogastric tube placement in the tracheabronchial tree. Nurses must provide nazogastric tube safe insertion and maintenance care with nazogastric tube to patient. |

Nazogastrik tüp uygulaması sık kullanılan bir uygulamadır ve plastik bir kateterin burun deliğinden sokulup yutak ve özefagustan geçirilerek mide içerisine yerleştirmesi işlemidir. Nazogastrik entübasyon sağlık profesyonellerinin sorumluluğunda olan bir uygulamadır. Bir çok nazogastrik tüp sorunsuz bir şekilde yerleştirilse de entübasyon sırasında en korkulan komplikasyon tüpün trakea-bronşial ağaca yerleşmesidir. Hemşireler nazogastrik tüpün güvenli bir şekilde yerleştirilmesi ve tüpü olan hastanın bakımını sağlamak durumundadırlar. |
