The aim of this case report is to present and discuss the combined periodontal and prosthetic treatment with polyamide material to provide an ideal function and esthetics. in an agressive periodontitis patient. The patient a 43-year-old female, was came to our clinic of severe bleeding with brushing, mobility, migration, hypersensitivity and halitosis related to her periodontal disease. The patient was diagnosed with aggressive periodontitis. The patient initially underwent periodontal treatment. Following prosthetic treatment was performed with polyamide material (deflex) to provide an ideal function and esthetics. At the and of 3 months a stable occlussion, function and esthetics was achieved. As concluded a agressive periodontitis patient was succesfully treated with periodontal and prosthetic treatment. |

Bu olgu sunumunun amacı bir agresif periodontitis hastasında ideal bir fonksiyon ve estetiği sağlamak için periodontal tedavi ve poliamid materyal esaslı defleks materyalin uygulandığı protetik tedavi kombinasyonunu sunmak ve tartışmaktır. 43 yaşındaki bir kadın hasta fırçalamaya bağlı dişeti kanaması, mobilite, migrayon, aşırı duyarlılık ve ağız kokusu şikayeti ile kiliniğimize başvurdu. Hastaya agresif periodontitis teşhisi konuldu. Hastaya öncelikle periodontal tedavi uygulandı. Bunu takiben ideal bir fonksiyon ve estetik sağlamak için poliamid bir mateyal (defleks) ile protetik tedavi yapıldı. 3. ay sonunda stabil bir okluzyon, fonksiyon ve estetik sağlanmıştır.
