The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship between problem behaviors and family problems of adolescents who study in different high school, in Isparta. In this study, participants consist of 581 students (283 female and 298 male), attending different high school in Isparta. Also in this study, problem behaviors and family problems was measured with Risk Behaviors Scale which was developed by Gençtanırım-Kuru (2010) and Family Problems of Young Adulthood Evaluation Scale which was developed by Tuğrul (1996). Results show that adolescents’ antisocial behaviors, alcohol and smoke use, suicide tendency, eating habits, and school dropout were positively correlated with authoritarion-appressive attitudes, insensitivity and inconsistency in relation, disharmony between parents, limited social activity, disorder in the house, financial problems, intrusion and abuse, health and social problems of family problems subscales. Also regression analyses showed that adolescents’ antisocial behaviors, alcohol and smoke use, suicide tendency, eating habits, and school dropout were predicted by authoritarion-appressive attitudes, insensitivity and inconsistency in relation, disharmony between parents, limited social activity, disorder in the house, financial problems, intrusion and abuse. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaöğretimde öğrenim gören ergenlerde görülen problem davranışları aile sorunları açısından incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Isparta ilinde farklı ortaöğretim kurumlarında öğrenim gören (283'ü kız ve 298'i erkek) 581 öğrenciden oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, problem davranışları ölçmek amacıyla Gençtanırım-Kuru (2010) tarafından geliştirilen "Riskli Davranışlar Ölçeği", aile sorunlarını ölçmek amacıyla ise Tuğrul (1996) tarafından geliştirilen "Gençlik Dönemi Aile Sorunlarını Değerlendirme Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, korelasyon ve aile sorunlarının problem davranışlar üzerindeki yordama gücü için "regresyon" analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuçlar, ergenlerde görülen problem davranışların alt boyutlardaki aile sorunları ile pozitif yönde ve anlamlı düzeyde ilişkiye sahip olduğu ve ergenlerde görülen problem davranışların, aile sorunları tarafından anlamlı düzeyde yordandığını ortaya koymaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, eğitimciler, psikolojik danışmanlar ve ruh sağlığı alanında çalışanlar açısından ele alınıp tartışılmış ve bir takım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Ergenlik, Aile, Aile sorunları, Problem davranışlar |
