Bu çalışmanın genel amacı, üstünyetenekli öğrencilerin rehberlik ihtiyaçlarının öğretmenleri ve ailelerininbakış açısına göre incelenmesidir. Çalışma, tarama modelinde betimsel biraraştırmadır. Çalışma grubu, BİLSEM’e devam eden 3-8.nci sınıf aralığındakiyetenekli öğrencilerin sınıf, branş ve rehber öğretmenleri ile aileridir. Çalışma kapsamında, 31 ebeveyn(18’i anne, 13’ü baba), 42 sınıf öğretmeni, 233 branş öğretmenlerinden (103’ürehberlik, 130’u diğer branşlar) elde edilen veriler ile çalışmasürdürülmüştür. Veri toplama aracı olarak, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan42 maddeden oluşan beşli likert bir kontrol çizelgesi kullanılmıştır. Öğretmen ve ailelerin görüşleri birliktedeğerlendirildiğinde okul seçimi rehberlik konuları içerisinde çok yoğunrehberlik gereksinimi duyulan en yüksek yüzdeye sahip olanıdır. Meslek seçimi,geleceği planlama, öğretmenlerle olan ilişkiler ise yoğun rehberlik gereksinimiduyulan en yüksek yüzdeye sahip olan diğer konular olarak belirlenmiştir. |

The overall objective of this study was to investigatethe guidance needs of talented students according to their teachers’ andparents’ perceptions. The study was conducted in a descriptivecross-sectional design. The working population are gifted and talented studentswith classroom, branch teacher (guidance and the other branch) and familyongoing education on classroom from 3 to 8. In the study, data evaluation havebeen returned of 31 parents (18 mothers and 13 fathers), 42 classroom teachers,233 branch teachers (103 guidance, 130 other branches). The data collectiontools was used a control chart developed by the researcher consisting of five42-item and Likert type. As a result, talented student needs the guidanceissues very dense with the highest percentage that this was school choice. Theothers needs the guidance issues intense with the highest percentage that theywere future planning, job choice, educational problems as relations withteachers. |
