Bu çalışmada sınıf öğretmeni adaylarınındrama dersi öncesinde ve drama dersi sonrasında “drama” kavramına ilişkinalgılarının metaforlar yoluyla incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, KaradenizBölgesi’nde yer alan bir devlet üniversitesinde 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılı Güzdöneminde sınıf öğretmenliği bölümünde örgün öğretime devam etmekte olan üçüncüsınıf öğrencileri üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubunun seçiminde, amaçlıörnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamdaiki farklı sınıfta öğrenim görmekte olan toplam 109 sınıf öğretmeni adayıüzerinde çalışma yapılmıştır. Durum çalışması desenindeki bu çalışmada,öğretmen adaylarından elde edilen metafor formları veri toplama aracı olarakkullanılmıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından (her hafta dört saat olmak üzere)toplamda 12 hafta boyunca iki farklı sınıfta işbirliği içerisinde Drama dersiyürütülmüştür. Bu kapsamda, sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının drama dersi öncesindeve sonrasında “drama” kavramına ilişkin algılarının çeşitlilik gösterebildiğisonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, çalışmada öğretmen adaylarının dramayailişkin bilgi ve beceri düzeylerinin artırılmasının gerekli olduğuna değinilmişve uygulamaya dayalı etkinliklerle dramanın önemine ve kullanımına ilişkinfarkındalıklarının artırılması gerektiğine vurgu yapılmıştır. |

In this study, it was aimed to examine the pre-serviceprimary school teachers’ perceptions of the concept of "drama" bymetaphor before and after the drama lesson. The study was conducted onthird-year primary school students in a state university located in the BlackSea Region, whose teaching was structured in the Fall semester of the 2015-2016academic year. In the selection of the study group, criteria sampling methodwas used from purposeful sampling. In this context, a total of 109 pre-serviceprimary school teachers who have been studying in two different classes werethe participants. This study conducted in a case study approach, the forms obtainedfrom the teacher candidates were used as data collection tools. Drama lessonswere conducted by researchers in two different classes in the cooperation for atotal of 12 weeks (four hours per week). In this context, the results of primaryschool teachers' perceptions of the concept of drama before and after dramalesson has reached that it can show diversity. In this respect, in the study ithas been emphasized that it is necessary to increase the level of pre-serviceprimary school teachers¢ knowledge and skills related to the drama,and that their awareness of the importance and use of drama with practice-basedactivities should be increased. |
