Poor working postures lead tomusculoskeletal disorders and decrease worker’s production efficiency. The primary goal of the ergonomics discipline is to improve working andliving quality of a worker and so does the productivity. Most companies useergonomic risk assessment methods and do adjustments to prevent workersto have musculoskeletal disorders. In this study, the ergonomic risklevels of 62 operations in an assembly line of a combi boiler are analyzed bythe REBA method, and the average scores of 15 stations are calculated. Theanalysis shows that that the highest risk stations are Fan Grouping and3rd Packing Stations. Upon the assessment, some modifications such areproposed to reduce the risk of workers caused by bending and lifting heavyloads. The evaluation of the proposed methods shows that the ergonomicrisk levels of all stations in the assembly line are reduced significantly andthe discomforts occurred in the musculoskeletal system improved as aimed. As a result of the improvements made, it is expectedto reduce the discomforts that may occur in the musculoskeletal system. |

Uygun olmayan çalışma duruşları kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarınaneden olduğu gibi, üretimde verimin düşmesine de yol açmaktadır. Dolayısıylaergonomi disiplininin öncelikli amacı, çalışma koşullarını iyileştirerek, işgörenin çalışma ve yaşam kalitesini yükseltmek ve verimliliği arttırmaktır. Kasiskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarının önlenmesi amacıyla iş yerlerinde ergonomikrisk değerlendirme yöntemleri uygulanmakta ve yapılan düzenlemelerle iş yükü azaltılmaktadır.Bu çalışmada, bir işletmenin kombi montaj hattında bulunan 62 işlemin ergonomikrisk düzeyleri REBA yöntemi ile tespit edilmiş, 15 istasyonun ortalama skorlarıbelirlenmiştir. Yapılan analizlerde enyüksek riskli istasyonlar Fan Gruplama ve 3. Paketleme istasyonları çıkmıştır.Bu istasyonlarda montaj esnasında çalışanın eğilmelerini ve yük kaldırmalarınıazaltacak iyileştirmeler önerilmiş ve bu değerlendirmeler sonucunda montajhattındaki tüm istasyonların ergonomik risk düzeyleri kabul edilebilir düzeyeçekilmiştir. Yapılan iyileştirmeler sonucunda kas-iskelet sistemindeoluşabilecek rahatsızlıkların azalması beklenmektedir. |
