The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of the "decent work", the universal goal of the International Labor Organization (ILO), in raising the quality of work life. For this purpose, firstly the basic characteristics of the "decent work" phenomenon will be examined. Secondly, the significance and importance of today's present and the need for decent work and changing working conditions will be examined with the concepts of work, work life and working life quality. |

Buçalışmanın amacı, çalışma yaşamının kalitesinin arttırılmasında UluslararasıÇalışma Örgütü’nün (ILO) evrensel hedefi olan “insana yakışır iş” in öneminiirdelemektir. Bu amaçla; iş, çalışma, çalışma yaşamı ve çalışma yaşamı kalitesikavramlarından hareketle, “insana yakışır iş” olgusunun, temel özellikleriincelenecek, günümüzün değişen ve dönüşen çalışma koşullarında, insana yakışırişlere olan gereksinimin şiddeti ile günümüzdeki anlam ve önemi irdelenecektir. |
